1. Ensure day-to-day operational efficiency of the section. Such as print, file material.
执行部门所有文秘方面的工作,如打印,将部门资料存档等。
2. Keep the items of housekeeping storeroom full.
保持管家部办公室仓库内物品充足随时使用。
3. Prepare repair and maintenance work orders as soon as received.
准备工程维修单,并检查保证已送至工程部办公室。
4. Handle Lost & Found properties. Ensure all surrendered Lost & Found items are properly labelled, recorded and stored as soon as received. Prepare weekly summary of Lost & Found items and submit report to Director of Services.
按照饭店制度及规定处理客人遗留物品事宜,准备周报表并交与服务总监。
5. Handle all guests’ loan items and reports.
处理酒店客人的一切要求并做好客人借用物品记录。
6. Arrange baby-sitter upon request. List of available baby-sitters must be available at all times.
为酒店客人处理并安排保姆服务。
7. Strictly manage and report all the keys control including office keys, PA keys and floors’, etc.
严格管理并记录钥匙柜内所有办公室钥匙及客房楼层钥匙的发放与收回。
8. Update room status in the computer regularly. Ensure the input is correct.
根据楼层督导的查房报告及时更改房态,并确保管家部办公室计算机系统正常运作。
9. Answer departmental and guest telephone calls. Pass on telephone messages as soon as received to department / section and persons concerned for immediate action.
有礼貌地接听并处理所有电话,将内容转达给相关部门/人员,并认真做好记录。
10. Record and file all materials and documents of housekeeping.
将管家部的所有记录及文件妥善保存。
11. Charge of Mini-bar and storeroom of housekeeping.
负责管家部的总仓及小酒吧。
12. Prepare Min-bar daily consumption report, and distribute each floor mini-bar items according the consumption. Restock the housekeeping mini-bar to general storeroom.
准备小酒吧日销量报告,根据小酒吧销售单分配给各楼层服务员相应酒水,每日从饮品总仓领取酒水,将管家部小酒吧仓库的饮料补充到日存标准量。
13. Prepare guests amenities consumption report, apply for the total of chemicals and tools according to floor require report.
准备每日客用品消耗报告,根据客房的消耗情况及督导每周的申领表,到总仓领取清洁剂和操作用品并分配到各楼层员工。
14. Ensure the inventory at the end of every month.
完成每个月末的盘点报告。
15. Carry out other duties as and when assigned by the Assistant housekeeper.
执行行政管家及副行政管家交予的其它工作。
