岗位职责：
-根据现有程序为抵达酒店的客人登记入住并安排客房。
-详细了解部门标准及程序。
-执行入住、退房和换房程序，确保将各项数据正确输入酒店及公安系统（PSB &Opera）。
-维持现金流动，确保收到现金及系统相应账目的准确性。
-为酒店客人提供外币兑换服务。
任职资格：
-良好的沟通能力。
-良好的人际交往能力。
-熟练使用微软办公软件和前厅系统。
-英语流利。
具备第二外语能力者优先。
-酒店管理、工商管理、英语或相关专业的高中学历或职业证书。
1年前台工作经验或与此相当的教育和工作经验结合的背景。
