【岗位职责】
1、负责川湘菜系的菜品研发、制作及出品，确保菜品口味正宗、品质稳定；
2、根据菜单要求，独立完成各类川湘热菜、凉菜、汤品的烹饪工作；
3、严格把控食材选用、加工及储存流程，确保食品安全与卫生标准；
4、协助厨房日常管理工作，包括设备维护、成本控制及库存盘点；
5、配合餐厅运营需求，灵活调整菜品制作流程，提升出餐效率；
6、定期参与菜品创新与改良，结合市场反馈优化菜单结构。
【岗位要求】
1、精通川湘菜系烹饪技法，熟悉经典菜品制作流程及调味原理；
2、具备扎实的刀工、火候掌控能力，能高效完成各类菜品烹饪；
3、对食材特性有较深理解，注重菜品呈现的色、香、味、形；
4、工作责任心强，能适应餐饮行业高强度工作节奏；
5、具备团队协作意识，服从厨房工作安排及管理规范；
6、持有健康证，无不良从业记录。
