岗位职责：
1. 熟练完成各类食材的切配工作，准确把控丝、片、丁等刀工规格，保证食材处理均匀规范；
2. 负责凉菜的拌制调味，很好拿捏酱料配比与口味平衡，确保菜品口感稳定、风味地道；
3. 按标准完成菜品摆盘，注重造型美观与视觉呈现，提升餐品整体质感；
4. 严格遵循食品安全规范，落实食材清洗、加工、储存全流程卫生要求，做好生熟分离与工具消毒；
5. 维护操作区域及设备清洁，合理管控食材用量，减少浪费。
任职要求
1. 18-50周岁，身体健康，持有有效健康证，能适应餐饮行业工作节奏；
2. 有1年以上凉菜制作、食材切配相关经验，熟悉凉菜拌制技巧与摆盘逻辑；
3. 刀工娴熟，能快速高效完成食材预处理，了解各类食材特性与保鲜方法；
4. 工作认真负责、服从安排，具备良好的团队协作意识与食品安全意识；
