1）协助保安部经理开展安保工作，负责具体执行与管理。
Assist the security manager in carrying outsecurity work, and be responsible for its specific implementation andmanagement.
2）监督各岗位保安员的工作表现，确保服务规范与安全标准。

3）安排保安人员的值班、巡逻及重点区域的监控工作。
Arrange the duty schedule, patrol routes andmonitoring work for key areas of the security personnel.
4）协助处理突发事件，保障酒店安全秩序。
Assist in handling emergencies and ensure thesafety and order of the hotel.
5）组织日常安全检查，发现并纠正安全隐患。
Conduct regular safety inspections, identifyand rectify potential safety hazards.
6）负责保安团队的日常培训与考核，提升整体服务水平。
Be responsible for the daily training andassessment of the security team, and enhance the overall service level.
