1）负责酒店洗衣房的日常运营管理，确保布草、制服的清洁、消毒、分类与分发。
Be responsible for the daily operation andmanagement of the hotel laundry room, ensuring the cleaning, disinfection,sorting and distribution of linens and uniforms.
2）监督洗衣房员工的工作，提升服务效率与质量。
Supervise the work of the laundry staff, andimprove service efficiency and quality.
3）管理洗衣设备的维护与保养，确保设备正常运行。
Manage the maintenance and upkeep of thelaundry equipment to ensure its proper operation.
4）协调与客房、前台等部门的沟通与配合，确保布草供应及时。
Coordinate communication and cooperation withdepartments such as the housekeeping and the front desk to ensure timely supplyof linen.
5）控制洗衣成本，优化能源与物资使用。
Control the cost of laundry operations andoptimize the use of energy and materials.
6）负责洗衣房员工的排班、培训与绩效考核。
Responsible for the scheduling, training andperformance evaluation of the laundry room staff.
