1）带领咖啡师团队完成日常咖啡饮品制作、大堂吧点餐、上菜、结账等服务，确保符合酒店品质及服务标准。
Lead the coffee staff team to complete daily coffee beverage preparation, lobby bar ordering, serving, and billing services, ensuring they meet the hotel's quality and service standards.
2）制定团队排班计划，合理分配工作任务，监督员工考勤及假期管理，保障大堂吧高效运转。
Develop a team shift schedule plan, reasonably allocate work tasks, supervise employee attendance and vacation management, and ensure the efficient operation of the lobby bar.
3）组织咖啡师团队开展专业技能培训（如咖啡豆烘焙、拉花技巧、饮品创新等）及服务礼仪培训。
Organize the coffee baristas to undertake professional skills training (such as coffee bean roasting, latte art techniques, beverage innovation, etc.) and service etiquette training.
4）处理宾客关于咖啡饮品及服务的投诉与建议，及时跟进并反馈，提升宾客体验。
Handle complaints and suggestions from guests regarding coffee beverages and services, follow up promptly and provide feedback to enhance the guest experience.
5）维护大堂吧咖啡设备（咖啡机、磨豆机等）的日常清洁、保养与简单维修，确保设备正常运行。
Maintain the daily cleaning, maintenance and simple repairs of the coffee equipment (coffee machine, coffee grinder, etc.) in the lobby bar, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment.
