1）编制标准的采购制度，负责酒店物资采购的统筹管理。
Develop standard purchasing systems and be responsible for the overall management of hotel material procurement.
2）制定采购计划，协调各部门采购需求，制定采购预算。
Formulate purchasing plans, coordinate the purchasing demands of various departments, and establish purchasing budgets.
3）与供应商建立和维护良好的合作关系，确保供货稳定。
Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with suppliers to ensure stable supply.
4）协助需求部门并参与采购合同的谈判和执行。
Assist demand departments and participate in the negotiation and execution of purchasing contracts.
5）负责采购流程的优化和供应商评估。
Be responsible for optimizing the purchasing process and evaluating suppliers.
