Duties & Responsibilities 岗位职责：
 
Confirm that duties are performed according to departmental procedures. Any problems should be reported to a superior. 确定每日按照工作程序工作，发生任何问题需及时报告给主管。
Cost the inter transfer and prepare the daily report. 核算内部转帐单，编制每日成本报告。
Check the store issuing/receiving record and assist in the OE inventory. 核对库房发货/收货记录并协助进行OE 盘点。
Take the monthly physical inventory and prepare the monthly cost report. 每月进行盘点并准备每月成本报告。
Account for each envelope money is received and prepare a General Cashiers report. 核算每笔收入及起草总出纳现金报告。
Receive all cash and checks sent through the mail. 接收及发放所有现金及支票。
Verify that the journal entries in the Payable Vouchers are proper made. 核对入帐凭证的准确性。
Prepare payment checks according to relevant procedures and are attach with supporting documentation like an invoice.根据相关规定准备支票，并有附上相关凭证证明。
 
Requirements & Qualifications 岗位要求：
 
Has a passion and sensitivity for numbers. 对数字敏感并有热情从事与数字相关工作。
As least 2 years’ working experience in following filed, cost, cashier, accountant payable, in a finance department at an international five-star hotel. 在国际五星级酒店财务部的有两年以上成本、出纳、应付相关的工作经验。
Has good organisational skills 有良好的组织技能。
Has a strong sense of responsibility and good integrity。责任心强，为人正直。
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language) 中英文良好
Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment. 适应高节奏的工作环境。
