Key Responsibilities:

Support Director of Rooms in daily operations of the Health Club, ensuring optimal service quality and guest satisfaction. 協助客務部總監管理康體部的日常運營，確保服務質量和顧客滿意度。
Develop and implement fitness programs, wellness activities, and recreational events to enhance guest experience. 制定和實施健身計劃、健康活動及休閒活動，以提升顧客體驗。
Supervise the team to ensure exceptional service and a clean, welcoming environment for all guests. 監督康體部團隊以確保卓越服務並為所有顧客保持清潔、舒適的環境。
Monitor equipment maintenance and safety standards, ensuring all facilities are in optimal condition. 監控設備維護和安全標準，確保所有設施都能處於優質狀態。
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records related to Health Club operations. 確保遵守健康和安全法規，並準確維護與部門運營相關的記錄。
Perform additional duties as required by Director of Rooms to support hotel operations and guest services. 根據客務部總監的要求執行其他職責，以支持酒店運營和顧客服務。

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Certification in yoga, singing bowl therapy, or as a Pilates instructor is preferred. 需高中畢業或同等學歷。持有瑜伽、頌缽音療或普拉提教練證書者優先。
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recreation management, experience working in hotel industry is an advantage. 至少需有5年的康體管理經驗，有酒店任職經驗優先。
Familiar with the operation of fitness, swimming, spa, and other wellness facilities. 熟悉並了解健身、游泳、水療和其他康體設施的運營情況。
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and staff effectively. 優秀的溝通和人際交往能力，能有效地與顧客和員工互動。
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. 精通中英文口語和書寫能力；懂普通話者優先。
