【岗位职责】
1、检查每日活动订单和工作日志对所有活动和临时更改做到了如指掌。
2、按照台图摆放桌椅。
3、清洁玻璃器皿及银器做好餐前准备。
4、按照指示要求负责场地台型的调整。
5、负责为客人提供用餐服务。
6、清理脏餐具到指定区域。活动结束后负责清理相关区域。
7、更换经使用过后的布草。
8、向主管传达所有客人建议。
9、其它及主管安排的工作。
10、具备基本的中餐和西餐食品知识。
11、了解鸡尾酒会、各种会议等相关摆台知识。
【岗位要求】
1、良好的形象和开朗的性格。
2、良好的餐饮服务经验，特别是宴会。其它同类酒店相同职务至少2年工作经验。
3、可以长时间在重压下工作。
语言能力：英语-一般
