PRIME OBJECTIVEs主要任务- Bar service according to the restaurant quality and service standards根据餐厅的标准和定位档次提供相应的服务- On time on duty with clean uniforms and pay attention to personal hygiene按时到岗工作，保持干净整洁的工作服，注意并保持良好的个人卫生- Safety and cleanliness of the bar area安全仔细的做好酒吧的卫生- Be positive and proactive towards guests, superiors and colleagues,keep team work!积极主动对客服务，与上级和同事积极主动配合- Be familiar with wine list and drink list，have knowledge of beverage and well trained skill of cocktails熟悉酒水单，掌握酒水知识和熟练的鸡尾酒技术- Actively attend restaurant training积极参加餐厅培训Main duties and responsibilities:工作内容和责任- Open bar,prepare mis en place,check fridges and glasses，make sure all in good condition.开吧，准备酒吧用品，检查冰箱和杯子,并确保一切完好。- Communicate with the superiors and colleagues regarding any problems with service.积极主动与上级和同事沟通关于对客服务的任何问题- Always stay in the bar during the service time,开餐时间，始终保持在工作岗位- Be sure all the beverage accord with hygiene standard and serve them with a standard temperature .保证所有的饮品符合卫生标准并按照标准温度服务。- Close bar ,clean bar and bar tables,clean and handling all the glasses carefully.关吧，打扫清洁酒吧及吧桌，擦洗杯子并小心摆放。- Daily inventory.每日盘点- Other works from superiors manager and daily plan.上级经理安排的其他工作和每日计划
