1. Ensures that hotel rules an d regulations are fully followed and obeyed.
   确保遵循酒店规章。    
2. Ensures punctual attendance and adhere to duty rollers and check all crucial MEP Plant Rooms according to the request of DOE.
   确保按时出勤并使所有下属主管都遵照值班表工作，根据总监要求巡查有关重要机房及公共区域。
3. Ensures that personal grooming and hygiene standards are fully implemented by conducting spot checking every morning.
   通过早上随时抽查，确保员工仪表卫生良好。
4. Ensures all engineering employees follow the Engineering Standards and Procedures as issued from time to time.
   确保所有工程部员工遵循不定期发出的工程标准及程序。
5. Responsible for the proper organization and checking and implement of the energy management.
   对工程部门能源管理功能组织检查并实施。 
6. Analyses and monitors energy costs and corresponding expenses according to daily record Energy consumption.
    根据每日能源消耗分析并监督部门能源成本及费用。      
7. Maintain the assets record for all equipment and facilities and do proper hand-over work during each shifting time.
   保留酒店所有设备及设施的记录,每班做好正确的交接。
8. Prepares on-duty Log and conducts shift briefings to ensure all activities and operational requirements happened on every shifting are fully handed over to the person next to the right after shifting.
    作好当班记录，进行交班情况说明以确保酒店情况及运营要求被告知给接班人。
9. Recommends to DOE about the new policies and procedures for a more economical operation and maintenance program.
   向工程总监建议新政策及程序以获取更经济的运营及维修保养方案 。 
10. Participates in the preparation of engineering annual Budget.
     参与年工程部预算的准备。
11. Provide unique and high quality service for our guests positively. Interacts and cooperates with Hotel guests and outside contractors as directed by superior.
     主动向酒店客人提供独特、高品质的服务。按其上级指令与酒店客人及外包商进行互动与协商。
12. Cooperates and communicates with other team members in the Engineering Division.
     与工程部内部的其它小组进行合作及交流。
13. Assists in Engineering contract analysis.
      协助工程部合同分析。
