岗位职责
Laundry Supervisor洗衣房主管
1.To plan, organize and supervise the Laundry activities on a daily basis，Enforces policies and procedures in relation to the Laundry, trains and directs all staff within the section.
计划、组织、管理洗衣房日常工作执行洗衣房的各项规章制度, 培训和领导部门内员工。
2.Supervises and coordinates the activities of all laundry and valet personnel engaged in the processing of guest items, house laundry/dry cleaning and pressing items.
管理和监督洗衣房活动，亲身参与洗衣、熨烫工作。
3.Assists the Manager Laundry in supervising and coordinating all activities within the section.
协助洗衣房经理有效地完成工作。
4. Maintains quality in cleaning and finishing and sees to it that systems and procedures are being followed.
保证洗衣质量和洗衣时间，检查操作是否合符规范。
5.Maintains daily production report and sees to it that all equipment used at its maximum output not necessarily over loading the same.
制定每日生产报告，确保设备的满负荷运转。
6.Supervises and coordinates all activities of al laundry and valet personnel engage in processing guest items, house laundry/dry cleaning and dressing.
监督和协助客衣、布草的湿洗、干洗和熨烫工作。
7. Assumes the responsibility of Laundry Manager in the absence of the latter.
如洗衣房经理不在顶替承担其责任。

Uniform Supervisor制服房主管
1.To supervise the work standards and procedures of the uniform room.  
监督制服房的各项工作标准及工作程序的执行。
2.The inventory area of the uniform room is regulated so that the items are archived and classified.
监管制服房的所以库存区域，保证所以物品的归档及分类。
3.Strictly require the talent to comply with the standard for the distribution and replacement of uniforms.
严格要求员工按照标准进行制服的发放及更换流程。
4.Check the purchase items of the uniform room and control the quality of the goods  received.
对制服房的采购物品进行审核，对收货物品质量做好把关监管工作。
5.Supervise and manage the work safety operation of the talent in uniform, strictly follow the standard operating equipment.
监督管理制服房员工的工作安全操作，严格按照标准操作各项机器设备。
6.Responsible for talent uniforms process and delivered in a timely manner.
负责员工制服及时得到清洗和派送。
7.Checking the hotel talent uniform cleaning and ironing, and ensure its quality.
检查酒店员工制服的清洗及熨烫，保证其质量。
8.Supervise daily issues and repairs of all uniforms.
监督好每日制服发放及修补工作。
9.Helps laundry section as and when required.
随时协助洗衣房的运转。

Linen Supervisor布草房主管
1.Responsible for an adequate supply of linen and all store items, in good condition at all times.
确保布草充足供应， 并保存完好。
2. Keep accurate and update record for linen kept in stores.
对保存在仓库里布草进行精确的登记并依变化不断更新记录。
3.Control and maintain proper record of issuing linen to related department.
控制相关部门布草的发放工作， 并保存记录。
4.Check the quality and quantity of all incoming linen to ensure that the standards required are met.
检查所有收进来的布草质量和数量是否符合要求。
5.Control and sort out stained/damaged linen to determine possible alterations. Special stain removal or discard.
整理被污损或有破损的布草， 决定补救的办法。
6.Responsible for monthly inventory of uniform and submits report to the Executive Housekeeper & Laundry Manager.
负责每月布草盘点，并报告给行政管家和洗衣房经理。

岗位需求
1.Least 3years working experience in hotel laundry room.
至少3年的洗衣房工作经验。
2.Have similar position in international 5 star hotel.
具有国际5星级相同职位经验。
3.Have laundry operation and management experience.
具有洗衣房操作和管理经验。
