Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient delivery of service to the guest according to  pre-determined standards and specification. This role provides operational  support to the Supervisor and coordinates all service delivery details with  the Supervisor.
- Supervise venue operations during assigned shifts and ensure all the  staff to carry out the task according to the systems and procedures.
- Leading the associates to provide excellent service to the guests and  achieve department goals and objectives.
- Deliver high quality service to guests and ensure guest needs and  reasonable requests are met.
- Total knowledge & understanding of Food Preparation Standard &  Procedure and make appropriate recommendations for guests.

Job  Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year experience in a 5-Star hotel.
- Able to speak, read and understand English and Chinese.
- Presentable and out going personality.
