Responsibilities:
工作职责：

1.		Strictly implement the safety measures per Hilton Hotels Safety Management Police and Guidance implement the safety measures per national laws and regulations, and also local rules and regulations of City.
遵守希尔顿员工手册及希尔顿酒店的规章制度，执行希尔顿国际安全管理及指导手册的规定。
2.		Assure the safety of the Hotel, Hotel personnel and customers, and also the safety of their property. During the shift, he is not allowed to leave the post without the approval of the supervisor.
确保酒店财产，酒店客人及员工的生命和财产安全。当班期间，未经主管批准不得随意离岗。

4.	Patrol and check the whole of parking. Make conformation with any damaged cars owner. 
负责巡查车辆及车场设施情况，做好车况记录，对有损伤车辆请司机签名确认。
Ensure the fire facilities are all in place and the safety passage is smooth.
负责检查车场消防器材的完好情况，保持消防通道的畅通。
5.
	Keep parking area in safe and in good order.
负责车场的安全管理，维持车场秩序。
6.	Responsible to receive the involved parking fees.
负责进入停车场车辆停放费用的收取工作。
7.	Make a record to the details of each duty.
做好当值期间的各项情况记录工作。
8.	Fire issued area should be patrolled regularly. Report to management or action-taken immediately in case of any emergency. 
定期对饭店进行消防的巡视，及时发现隐患，及时上报并采取措施。
9.	Keep communication equipment’s and safety facility are all in good order. 
爱护使用的通讯器材和各种安全设施。
10.	Strictly implement the rules and policy per Hilton Hotels. 
严格遵守酒店的各项规章制度。
11.	Leaning more knowledge about security and enhance personal service skill. Actively participate in various trainings and activities at the hotel.
认真学习业务知识，提高业务水平。积极参加酒店各类培训和活动。

当安全员在员工通道值班时应做到以下几点：

	Keep the external visitor registration form filled in correctly. Be warm and kind to any visitors and report to management if any suspects were found.
认真填写来访客人登记表和填写外来人员登记卡，使用文明礼貌用语，接待好每一位来访客人，同时，若发现可疑的人和事需要及时报告。
Monitor and check strictly to each passed TM as the following lists, Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
对上下班的员工执行严格的检查制度，同时，需执行下列标准：

	No flammable or explosive items, corrosive, drug or edge tool brought into hotel.
不得将易燃、易爆、腐蚀品、毒品、利器工具带入酒店。

若无出门通行证，不可携带酒店财产或不可证明之物（包括废弃物品）离开酒店。

	Any items under the same label or brand of hotel will be detained and make a record to the name and Employee No. of the involved person. 
凡发现与酒店经营物品相同的，一律扣下，并记清名字及胸签号。
Check carefully any article or items passed. The delivery car’s No. the item name, quality and the related time should be recorded. The items uninvolved can’t be brought to hotel and any samples taken-in should be recorded and cancel the record when it was taken-out. Forbid delivery personal entering into the unidentified area and persuade them leave hotel immediately if they have finished the task. If they should go to the unidentified area they should got the permission of the relevant Department Head and the record is also needed.  
查验带出和运入酒店的各种物资、物品。记录送货车辆的车号、货物名称、数量、进出时间。非送酒店物品不准带入，如样品带入要登记备案，带出时注销。阻止送货人员进入非规定区域和在规定区域完成送货后劝其及时离开。如要进入非规定区域，应得到有关部门的同意，并登记进入，离开时注销。
Check if there is any item hidden, left or in good order in the process of unloading. If there is any good article or guest left items hidden in the rubbish or any erotica hid in the empty boxes.   
检查卸货过程有无物件藏匿、遗留和物品的完好情况。垃圾废弃物内是否有酒店在用的完整物品和客人遗忘的物品，废弃空纸盒是否拆开整理和黄色书刊是否混入。
The lent-out articles should the valid Gate-pass permission form be signed. When the articles are returned the permission form will be wrote-off. The lent company should pay for any damage involved. The invoice should be given out in purchasing or refunding.
外借物品运出要备有统一有效的出门证，运回时予以清点，注销出门证。如有损坏，借用单位在出门证上给予注明并得到有关部门认可。外购或退货物品要备有发票。
Check the load area whether there is dangerous item or the food put in a mess. Avoid any TM pass through the Delivery access.
检查货品运输出口有无危险品和食品混放现象，防止员工从货品运输专用通道进出。
Keep the fire-engine passage clear and let the Fire-Lift at the right place in case of fire.
消防车道严禁堵塞和制止随意利用消防车道作其它用途。当发生火灾时，应按要求使消防电梯停于适当位置。
Monitor Employee card put at the right place. 
检查员工佩带胸签情况.
Keep workplace cleaned well.
保持本岗位的干净整洁。
Be skilled at how to use kinds of fire equipment’s and know how to organize team to put out the previous fire and assist members to escape.
熟练掌握各种消防设施和器材，能够组织人员扑灭初期火灾，协助人员疏散。
Security guard on parking duty should do as follows:
当安全员在停车场值班时要做到以下几点：
Keep a security guard on duty day and night at the car park.
停车场警卫须在停车场内定岗。
Keep cashier guard on duty in the car park.
收银开票的警卫应在值班室内定岗。
The car-director guard should be at duty office and lead the car park alertly. 
指挥引导车辆的警卫应在值班室处，不定位指挥。
The guard at car parking can’t come into the hotel without DHA’s permission
停车场警卫未经部门经理许可，不得进入监控室、广场、大堂及楼层。
Those who is not the duty cashier guard can’t go to the toll-house.
任何非当班停车场收银警卫不得进入停车场值班室。
Don’t smoking on duty. 
停车场警卫在工作时严禁吸烟
Keep good courteous to each customer.
警卫员应做到有礼貌的接待每一位来泊车的客人。
Hand-over to next shift when work finished and pay more attention to the parking fees and invoice.
认真做好上下班交接工作，做到钱票移交准确。
Security guard should do as follows in patrolling   
当安全员在执行巡逻任务时，要做到以下几点：
Check the safety and fire related issues in whole hotel.
完成安全保障和安全服务任务。
Keep the parking area in good condition and direct car parking and ensure all the parked cars in safety.
维护车场的交通秩序，指挥机动车辆停放，对车辆进行有效的疏导，保证客人车辆安全。

Manage the related taxis according to the Taxi Management Policy.
按出租车管理规定，对出租车进行管理。
Immediately report illegal acts/incidents, any attempts of unauthorized entry and all suspicious or unusual activity.
观察进出酒店人员，注意发现可疑人，阻止精神病人、衣着破烂者进入酒店。
Check guest registration issues and assist front office to work well.
查验客人住宿凭证，协助前台作好来访者的登记工作。
Check and give out the external visitor’s Pass-permit Card. Implement the External visitor’s policy and stop any suspects entering hotel.  
查验、发放进入饭店的店外人员的访客证，严格执行访客制度，阻止无关人员进入饭店。
Patrolling into the whole hotel regularly and report to management and action-taken in case of any emergency found.
定期对饭店进行安全巡视，及时发现隐患，及时上报并采取措施。
Check the passed articles and the bearer can pass after present the signed Gate-pass Form.
检查出入饭店的货物，持物人须有出门条方可放行。
To avoid any property brought away, strictly implement the Bag-Check regulation.
严格执行查包制度，防止饭店物品被带出饭店。
Keep the deposited keys in good condition and fulfill the key-lent procedure.
妥善保管各部门寄存的钥匙，钥匙借领手续齐全。
Patrol as the destined routine. It can’t be over 30 minutes between every two patrolling. Keep an eye on the fire and safety hidden trouble.
按照规定的路线巡逻，两次巡逻间隔不能超过30分钟。注意发现巡逻区域内的消防和治安隐患，发现问题及时采取措施。

Capable to use all kinds of fire equipment’s skilled at the controlling system of fire alarm, When the fire center is on duty, it can be proficient in operating the fire main engine and equipment. If there is an abnormal situation, it should be reported to the supervisor at the first time. 
会使用各种灭火器材，熟悉和掌握消防报警控制系统，消防中心值班时，能够熟练操作消防主机和设备，有异常情况要第一时间上报主管。
Be familiar with hotel’s location, environment, and the location of fire equipment, fire alarm and camera.
熟悉酒店地形、环境、消防设施的分布，灭火器材的摆放地点，报警器材的位置，监控电视镜头的位置
High effectively deal with the problems on duty and report to duty supervisor or security manager immediately when encountering difficulties.
灵活、果断地处理当班期间发生的问题，遇到处理不了的问题，立即报告当班主管或安全部经理。
Be responsible to check fire part, the fire security of project and handle the alarm
