职位描述

1. Keep constant and well functioning of all systems including electricity, water, drainage water, air-conditioning, steam and so on;


保证酒店所有系统如电、水、排水、空调、蒸汽等不断地正常运作;


2. Inform to Chief Engineer immediately when special occasion appears.


在发生任何异常情况时,要立刻向总工程师报告。


3. Keep engineering working area clean and tidy.


保持工程部所有工作区域整齐和干净。


4. Arrange the maintenance work in time when receive the repair list or callings.  Make shift to the following unit to finish work when necessary;


收到维修单或电话通知要尽快安排在班内完成维修任务。如班上解决不了可转交给下一班去完成;


5. It’s allowed to let the maintenance units take the repair work if the work is too much to burden;


繁重的维修工作可交由维护保养小组做;


6. Keep routine check about the security facilities and fire-fighting system with supervisors.


与主管汇同对安全设备和消防报警系统进行定期检查。


7. Deal with accidents by company of emergency group when receive emergency calling;


接到紧急召唤后,带领应急小组去处理;


8. Plan, organize, conduct, control and supervise the work of subordinate staff;


计划、组织、指挥、控制和监督班内员工的工作,确保他们做好自己的本职工作;


9. Report the defects and any abnormal occasions to Chief Engineer .


向总工程师汇报任何有关人员或设备的异常情况。


10. Carry out the works assigned from Chief Engineer 


执行总工程师 指派的其它任务;


11. Comply with the any arrangements if necessary; 


当工作需要时,随时服从加班或换班的安排;


12. Make sure staff attendance meets operation of Hotel;


确保工程部员工按酒店营运的需要出勤;


13. Make sure engineering staff and himself know clear about Hotel regulations, and supervise the conduct condition of regulations and standards;


确保工程部员工遵守酒店的规章制度。自己要熟悉规章制度,将相关规章制度及标准通知员工;监察规章制度及标准的执行情况;


14. Give advices or instructions, and even reasonable punishments to workers who disobey regulations when necessary;  


教导劝告或在需要时处分违反规章制度的员工;


15. Make comments about the work performance of subordinate staff and inform to them in routine   individual conversation;


评核所属员工的工作表现并在定期的个别会谈中告知其表现;


16. Keep routine meeting with relevant staff.


定期和班内员工开会。


17. Inform all managements requires to subordinate staff in time;


确保所有管理要求均及时得下达至各工程部员工;


18. Set a good example for staff, and encourage workers use directive principles properly;


工作上要做出榜样,并鼓励员工在日常工作中使用指导原则;


19. Check the equipments maintenance and usage condition;


检查设备维护情况和使用情况;


20. Report about the equipment defects in time;


及时报告设备故障和维修缺陷问题;


21. Attend necessary training;


参加计划好的培训;


22. Take an active part in activities organized by Hotel group;


积极参加酒店组织的员工活动;
