Be responsible for correctly operating and maintaining hotel’s heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Ensure that the hotel's heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration system maintenance work meet project performance standards;
确保酒店的采暖、通风、空调和冷冻系统的维护保养工作符合工程操作标准；

In accordance with the timetable, clean all the air handling unit, fan coil, refrigerator, freezer and refrigerator, and window type or split type air filter and display cabinet, evaporator coil and condenser coil;
