About Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou

Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou is a luxury island retreat fully commanding a 30 acre (12 hectare) private island on the scenic Jinji Lake. Set to open in the second half of 2023, the Hotel will have over 200 well-appointed rooms, suites and private villas, lush gardens, indoor and outdoor pools offering a lifestyle that is uniquely Suzhou and uncompromising service that is uniquely Four Seasons.

Job Description

The Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou is looking for Director of Security who share a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.

Main Responsibilities

The Director of Security has responsibility for the day to day security force of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.

- 全面向酒店总经理负责酒店的安保工作，并向总经理提供本地公安消防方面专业化的建议，以便酒店更好的配合政府执法机构工作。
- 有权调动保安、消防人员及其他部门人员对危急事件，如刑事犯罪、火警等事件进行紧急处理，防止事态扩大。
- 协助各部门制定岗位安全制度，并督导落实。
- 对酒店员工进行法制教育，生产安全教育及遵纪守法教育。
- 积极开展治安检查和消防检查。
- 组织策划重大节日、重要接待任务的安全保卫工作，并督导任务的落实情况。
积极配合公安机关调查和侦破酒店内发生的各类案件。
- 了解和掌握酒店内部员工的情况，配合人力资源与企业文化部一起做好违纪员工的帮教工作。
- 注意防止因自然灾害而造成酒店和宾客、员工的生命财产的损失
建立和完善酒店治安工作档案

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are strategic, have strong business acumen, good communication, and interpersonal skills.

- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the hospitality industry or sizable firm with a focus
- Self-driven and a strategic resourcing professional
- Knowledgeable of relevant local laws
- Familiarity with local fire/PSB and other relevant government departments is an advantage
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace working environment
- Good team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Mandarin speaking is a must and work authorization in China is required
