About Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou
Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou is a luxury island retreat fully commanding a 30 acre (12 hectare) private island on the scenic Jinji Lake. Job Description
The Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou is looking for Assistant Restaurant Manager – All-Day Dining who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.

Job Summary
Plan, organize, control and assist direct the work of employees in the Hotel’s All-Day Restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are strategic, have strong business acumen, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or equivalent experience is required.
大学文凭，酒店/饭店管理专业或具备相关经验者优先考虑。
• At least 2~3 years relevant experience on equal role, preferably in an International luxury hotel.
至少2-3年同等职位的相关经验，国际豪华酒店工作经验者优先。
• Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting.
具备相关餐饮服务，成本控制，劳动力控制，维护，销售和清算账单的知识。
• Good team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills.
具有良好的团队合作精神，多任务处理能力，沟通能力及人际交往能力。
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

• Possess well-developed leadership and problem solving skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
能够流利使用英语进行读写和日常交流。
• Mandarin Speaking and Work authorization in China is a must.
