About Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou
Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou is a luxury island retreat fully commanding a 30 acre (12 hectare) private island on the scenic Jinji Lake. Set to open in the second half of 2023, the Hotel will have over 200 well-appointed rooms, suites and private villas, lush gardens, indoor and outdoor pools offering a lifestyle that is uniquely Suzhou and uncompromising service that is uniquely Four Seasons.
Job Description
The Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou is looking for Assistant Security Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.

Job Summary
• 负责酒店的安保及部门的内部管理工作，做好酒店员工安全及消防培训、教育工作。
• 督促检查酒店各部门安全管理各项制度的贯彻执行。
• 收集整理各部门反馈意见，及时分析安全管理制度实施过程中存在的问题，提出改进建议，上报安保总监审议
• 协助安保总监做好酒店的治安管理工作，具体如下：
负责保安员值班工作安排，指导、检查酒店内、外各岗位保安员的值班巡查工作，定期向安保总监上报工作
定期检查酒店各要害部位、重点安全部位的安全情况，确保酒店的安全，防范意外情况发生
协助处理酒店发生的一般治安事件，发生重大突发事件时，协助指挥保安员进行抢救、抢险工作
负责现场组织和督导酒店重大宴会活动、重要会议接待等的安全保卫工作
协助、配合公安机关调查和侦破酒店内发生的各类治安案件
• 做好主管的消防管理工作，具体如下：
完善、落实消防责任制，督促各部门做好消防安全防范工作
定期组织检查酒店各部位的消防设施、设备，发现安全隐患及时处理或上报
按计划组织酒店员工进行消防演习，加强酒店员工消防安全意识，提高消防器材、设备的使用技能
负责或协助指挥火灾发生时的灭火、紧急疏散及现场维护等工作
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are strategic, have strong business acumen, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• At least 2~3 years relevant experience on equal role, preferably in an International luxury hotel. Luxury hotel experience preferred.
至少2-3年同等职位的相关经验，国际豪华酒店工作经验者优先。
• Strong ability to prioritize, organize, and manage competing priorities.
具有较强的组织和管理的能力。
• Possess well-developed leadership and problem solving skills.

• Be able to make quick decisions, work in a fast paced and diverse work environment.
在快节奏、多样化的工作环境中工作能够快速做出决策。
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
熟练使用Microsoft Office套件及相关软件。
• Mandarin Speaking and Work authorization in China is a must.
