About Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou
Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou is a luxury island retreat fully commanding a 30 acre (12 hectare) private island on the scenic Jinji Lake. Job Description
The Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou is looking for Duty Engineer who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do.

Job Summary
• Assist the Director of Engineering and Assistant Director of Engineering in building maintenance, diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, and respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
协助工程总监和副总监处理酒店设施设备的维护，判断设施设备故障并提供相关服务和维修，包括电气、给排水、蒸汽、燃气、消防和安全、暖通制冷，室内装饰、油漆和装修，并且高效率、有礼貌和专业的处理疑问和问题。在遵守四季酒店政策的同时最大限度地满足顾客的需要。

Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are strategic, have strong business acumen, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
• At least 2~3 years relevant experience on equal role, preferably in an International luxury hotel.
至少2-3年同等职位的相关经验，国际豪华酒店工作经验者优先。
• Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance.
需要具备建筑维护保养知识。
• Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.
熟练使用电脑。
• Requires knowledge of blue prints, wiring diagrams and hydraulics.
能够熟练阅读蓝图、线路图等。
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
具备英语听说读写的能力。
• Mandarin Speaking and Work authorization in China is a must.
