About the role:
Provide support to SecurityDepartment with all Four Seasons’ policies.
What you will do:
 
非常熟悉酒店的布局及在监控画面上的特征。
 
会分辨行为异常人员的表现，持续予以关注。
 
熟练操作设备及切换画面，确保监控对象不脱离监控范围。
 
做好各类电话报告记录，及时处理各类事件。
 
发挥指挥中心的作用，紧密配合各岗位的运作。
 
确保监控中心的保密性，阻止无关人员进入。
 
保持良好的精神状态，服装整洁的进入工作岗位。
 
按照交接班规范与上一班办理交接班手续，检查监控设备是否正常。
 
始终面对监控画面，密切关注人员集中场所的动态。
 
注意各出入口的动态，发现有未经授权或许可的人员进入及时通知相关岗点人员前往处置。
 
注意观察有无在某一区域等候或闲逛很长时间的人员，注意保持观察其动向。
 
在团队进出高峰期注意配合门岗关注客人的行李的安全。
 
对于各岗位要求关注的对象及时汇报其动态，与其他岗位保持密切的联系。
 
对发现的任何可疑情况应立即向直属上级汇报，由其指派人员前往查证，并做好记录。
 
接听任何部门及人员的报告电话，做好接听记录，立即请示主管派遣人员处置。
 
注意酒店各岗位人员是否有存在违纪违规的情况，情节重大的必须及时汇报上级处理。
 
确保监控中心的保密性，阻止未经授权的人员进入监控中心，允许进入监控中心的人员包括：酒店PC成员及以上人员、工程部维修人员、安全部当班人员、业主代表、业主工程维修人员及其他经安全部总监授权可进入的人员，非本部门进出的人员必须做好记录以备查验。
 
密切关注监控录像情况，确保24小时不间断进行录像。
 
任何部门或人员需查询录像资料必须出具其部门经理以上级人员签字确认的录像查询申请表，经安全部总监确认后方可予以查询，查询事项及结果必须详细记录。
What you bring:
 
We     are looking for individuals who are strategic, have strong business     acumen, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
 
At     least 2~3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position and in     the International Luxury Hotel.
 
Self-driven     and a strategic resourcing professional.
 
Able     to work independently and under pressure in a fast pace working     environment.
 
Good     team spirit, multi-tasking, cooperative with good communication and     interpersonal skills.
 
Good     command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
 
Mandarin     Speaking and Work authorization in China is a must.

Shifts     may vary and are arranged upon operation needs
