About the role:
TheChinese Restaurant Manager (Jinjing Ge Manager) oversees high-end restaurantoperations to meet Michelin/Black Pearl standards, leads team training, managesguest relations and premium events, and ensures compliance with regulations andaccreditation requirements.
What you will do:
1. Oversee daily restaurant operations,ensuring service, cuisine, and ambiance consistently meet Michelin and BlackPearl standards.
2. Supervise kitchen and front-of-housecoordination, optimize workflows, and continuously elevate guest experiences.
3. Implement strict cost control systems,manage inventory, procurement, and waste with precision.
1. Recruit, train, and lead ahigh-caliber service team, fostering a professional, collaborative, andpositive environment.
2. Design training programs to deepen theteam’s knowledge of cuisine, wine pairing, service etiquette, and brandculture.
3. Identify and nurture future talent tobuild a sustainable team structure.
1. Maintain relationships with keyguests, handle special requests, and oversee the execution of premium privatedining events.
2. Analyze guest feedback to drive serviceimprovements and create personalized dining experiences.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team oncurated events to enhance brand influence and guest loyalty.
1. Ensure full compliance with health,safety, and industry regulations, and successfully pass inspections andanonymous reviews.
2. Coordinate all activities related toMichelin, Black Pearl, and other accreditation assessments.
What you bring:
8+ years in high-end restaurantmanagement, including at least 3 years in a Michelin-starred, BlackPearl-awarded, or five-star hotel Chinese dining establishment.
Prior experience in leading orparticipating in award accreditation processes is highly preferred.
Proficient in full-cycle restaurantoperations, with strong skills in cost control, data analysis, and marketingstrategy.
Deep knowledge of Chinese culinaryculture and luxury service protocols, with expertise in ingredients, wine, andtea.
Fluent in English and Chinese(required for international guest interaction).
Meticulous and detail-obsessed, withan exceptional eye for quality and aesthetics.

Business-minded with a guest-centricapproach, able to balance excellence with profitability.
