Job Responsibilities
岗位职责：
Be responsible for the accurateand timely presentation of all accounting related correspondence emanating fromthe Controller’s office. She is also responsible for the organization of theController’s files, distribution and follow up of reports such as the financialstatements, operating results and Controller’s checklist. She will assist theController in meeting schedules, travel arrangements and the preparation anddistribution of minutes when required.
Pay all employees correctly andon a timely basis via computerized payroll system.
To maintain the Hotel’s house banks in accordanceto policy, to ensure that the remittance procedures are adhered to and dailybanking of cash receipts.
准确及时的传递来自财务部的有关文件，同时负责管理财务总监的文件，分发追踪工作，如财务报表，运作结果及财务总监的检查报告，协助财务总监安排会议日程，外出旅行，准备和分发所需要的会议记要。
每月通过电脑工资管理系统按时正确地向所有雇员付工资。
按照政策维持饭店库存现金，确保遵守汇款程序和每天存入现金收入。
Job Requirements
岗位要求： 
1. Over 2 years in the same position in the same level of hotel 
2年以上同星级酒店相同职位经历
2. College degree    大专以上学历
3. English communication skill  良好的英语沟通技能
4. People building relationship  良好的人际关系
5. Understanding of Accounting 了解财务知识
