1. Assist Chief Steward to supervise day-to-day operation of stewarding department. To maintain high level of maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas. Control store room orders and issue of all china, silver, glass and all related equipment for the department needs. Ensure all F&B department have sufficient equipment to perform adequately.
协助管事经理监督部门的每日正常运转。在所有的食品生产服务区域维持高水平的卫生质量。管理控制仓库的物品以及发放所有瓷器、银器、玻璃器皿等所有部门需要的相关设备。确保餐饮部门有足够的设备已充分履行职责。
2. Assume full responsibility of Stewarding department in absence of Chief Steward.

3. Adhere to local regulations and hotel standards concerning health, safety or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards, policies and procedures.
遵循当地规章制度,酒店关于健康、安全以及其他要求的标准,同时遵守品牌标准以及政策程序。4. Oversee the cleaning and storage of kitchen and stewarding equipment

5. Ensure that tasks and duty assigned are completed to satisfactory standards and in timely manner.

6. Assist the Director of F&B and the Executive Chef in setting Stewarding goals and developing strategies, procedures and policies.

8. Maintain high levels of personal hygiene for self and enforces hygiene standards for the team

10. Assist Chief Steward in managing the receiving and storage of kitchen goods and equipment

17. Conduct training to stewarding team members as per department requirement

18. Take part in preparation and planning of the department / unit/ outlet goals and objectives

监督质量管理体系的实施。20. Monitor breakages, produce related reports and take necessary actions to improve control and reduce amount of breakages

21. Conducts stock inventory as per hotel policy and department needs.

22. Assist Chief Steward to control the level of conditions and cleanliness of facility and equipment

23. Follow up stock control procedures

24. Prepare, interpret and produce follow up action on stock reports
