职位描述

1.   Assist Chief Steward to supervise day-to-day operation of stewarding department. To maintain high level of maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas. Control store room orders and issue of all china, silver, glass and all related equipment for the department needs. Ensure all F&B department have sufficient equipment to perform adequately.
      协助管事经理监督部门的每日正常运转。在所有的食品生产服务区域维持高水平的卫生质量。管理控制仓库的物品以及发放所有瓷器、银器、玻璃器皿等所有部门需要的相关设备。确保餐饮部门有足够的设备已充分履行职责。
2.   Assume full responsibility of Stewarding department in absence of Chief Steward.
      确保在管事经理不在时,管事部的正常运转。
3.   Adhere to local regulations and hotel standards concerning health, safety or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards, policies and procedures.
      遵循当地规章制度,酒店关于健康、安全以及其他要求的标准,同时遵守品牌标准以及政策程序。

4.   Oversee the cleaning and storage of kitchen and stewarding equipment
      监督厨房以及管事设备的清洁与储存
5.   Ensure that tasks and duty assigned are completed to satisfactory standards and in timely manner.
      确保分配的职责任务的及时完成并满足标准
6.   Assist the Director of F&B and the Executive Chef in setting Stewarding goals and developing strategies, procedures and policies.
      协助餐饮总监和行政总厨制定管事目标,发展战略、程序和政策
7.   Maintain an hygienic kitchen
      保持厨房的卫生
8.   Maintain high levels of personal hygiene for self and enforces hygiene standards for the team
      保持高标准的个人卫生,同时对管事团队强制实施卫生标准
9.   Oversee the preparation of kitchen equipment for use in the department
      监督厨房设备的准备
10.   Assist Chief Steward in managing the receiving and storage of kitchen goods and equipment
        协助管事经理管理厨房货物和设备的收获以及存储
11.   Oversee the removal of waste
        监督垃圾的清理
12.   Oversee the handling of kitchen linen
        监督厨房布草的处理
13.   Assist Chief Steward to achieve the optimum departmental costs
        协助管事经理以合理控制部门成本
14.   Assist Chief Steward  to achieve the optimum quality level of sanitation
        协助管事经理以达到卫生质量的最佳水平
15.   Assist Chief Steward to organize Stewarding department in accordance with F&B concept, SOP, company and hotel guideline and department structure.
        协助管事经理在餐饮理念、标准操作流程、公司和酒店的政策制度的指导下,根据部门结构情况来组织管理管事部
16.   Assist Chief Steward to monitor and maximize efficiency in stewarding operation
        协助管事经理监督管事部的运转并最大化其效率
17.   Conduct training to stewarding team members as per department requirement
Supervise and conduct on job training on daily basis in order to increase department productivity and highest quality standards.
        根据部门要求,为管事部员工提供培训,每日监督和指导员工的工作技能培训以提高部门生产力,满足高质量标准
18.   Take part in preparation and planning of the department / unit/ outlet goals and objectives
        参与准备和计划部门/小单位/餐厅的目标

19.   Monitor the implementation of quality management systems
        监督质量管理体系的实施。

20.   Monitor breakages, produce related reports and take necessary actions to improve control and reduce amount of breakages
        监督管理破损情况,制定相关报告,采取必要行动以控制和减少破损
21.   Conducts stock inventory as per hotel policy and department needs.
        根据酒店政策和部门需要对库存进行盘点
22.   Assist Chief Steward to control the level of conditions and cleanliness of facility and equipment
        协助管事经理管理控制设施设备的清洁以及工作状态
23.   Follow up stock control procedures
        遵循库管程序
24.   Prepare, interpret and produce follow up action on stock reports
        准备,说明并制定盘点报表的跟进计划
25.   Assist Chief Steward in defining cleaning schedules and procedures in the department and ensure prompt execution
        协助管事经理在部门里制定清洁计划和程序,并确保及时执行
26.   Assist Chief Steward in monitoring the implementation of purchasing procedures
        协助管事经理实施采购程序

27.   Safety/ Cleaning/ Maintence
        安全/清洁/维护
28.   In conjunction with the Security Manager, Executive Chef and Director of F&B, manage the development and implementation of safety/security policies and procedures for the department/ unit/ outlets
        与保安经理、行政总厨和餐饮总监联合管理发展实施安全政策程序
29.   In conjunction with appropriate personnel, manage the development and implementation of cleaning and maintenance programs for the department/ units/ outlets.
