机修主管，主要负责厨房、洗衣房等设备的维护保养。

•Establish and safeguard the files of equipment maintenance. Check the equipment and report the data statistics on time

建立并保管设备检修、保养的资料档案，及时检查各种设备运行的报表数据，定期整理上报

•Complete the work assigned by duty engineer and report to the duty engineer on time

及时完成值班工程师交办的各项任务，完成后及时汇报

•In charge of the operation and maintenance of specified equipment

负责对指定设备的正常运行和维修保养

•Care for the work and lives of the employee. Advocate and develop the team work spirits among the staff

关心员工工作、生活和学习，深入了解员工的思想状况，积极倡导和培养员工之间和班组之间的团结合作精神

•Prepare work plan and distribute maintenance work for group members

为本班组员工做准备工作计划及分配维修保养工作

•Track the corresponding maintenance item

•Operate according to operation rules

•Observe safety rules and discipline

•Duty Engineers during the work according to the need to arrange the work of each team, responsible for the maintenance of hotel machinery and equipment operations.

值班工程师值班期间根据工作内容调配所有专业人员，工程部所有专业值班、主管、员工必须配合工作安排并回复工作进度。

•The competent ranks must hold a boiler business license, water treatment certificate, certificate positions.

主管级以上人员必须持有锅炉操作证、水处理证，持证上岗。

•The staff need to do a good job of water quality monitoring work and water treatment (domestic water, boiler water), the establishment of file, submit the last month's form the first day of each month.

员工做好水质监测，做好水质处理（生活水、锅炉水）并建表、建档，每月1号上报上月报表。

•The implementation of the team inspection system and make a report regularly .

Responsible for the group materials purchase plan, acceptance of material quality and storage management.

执行班组巡查制度并制作报表定时上报。负责本班组材料申购计划，验收材料品质并入库管理。

•With the professional Duty Engineers to develop work plans, Secondary warehouse management system and implementation.

配合本专业值班工程师制定工作计划、二级库房管理制度并实施。

•With the professional Duty Engineers to organize professional skills training, the organization of cross-training groups, strict implementation of training programs.

配合本专业值班工程师组织专业技能培训，组织各班组交叉培训，严格执行培训计划。
