1.   Dishes are prepared, cooked and served according to the restaurant’s menu.
      根据餐厅菜单做好菜肴准备、烹饪、服务等相关工作。
2.   Communication with guests and internal customers is politely and they display courtesy.
      与外部客人及内部客人礼貌沟通。
3.   Any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information is communicated to their superior.
      与主管及时沟通工作中出现的困难与障碍，如外部客人及内部客人意见或相关信息。
4.   Effective employee working relationships are established and maintained.
      与员工建立并保持有效的工作关系。
5.   Familiarity with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures is maintained and operation of equipment is handled safely and sensibly. HACCP is implemented and practiced.
      熟悉财产安全、急救及紧急程序预案，安全合理地操作所有设施设备。
6.   Prepare in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service. Cook and serve dishes according to the restaurant’s menu.
      提前做好服务所需食品、饮料、设备等相关工作。
7.   Provide direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards.
      为厨房帮工，包括厨师、管事员等提供帮助及指导。
8.   Clean and re-set their working area. 
      清洁及重置厨房工作区域。
9.   Recycle where-ever possible and enforce cost saving measures to staff.
      采取相关措施做好节约成本、资源循环等工作。
10.   Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
        根据酒店政策，记录各项安全事故
