1. To get information on room status, departures and V.I.P.’s.

接收客房状态，退房和VIP客户信息

2. To receive and record all telephone calls

接听并记录所有来电

3. To maintain records of extra items such as iron and ironing boards, extra beds and baby cots.

做好特殊要求记录例如熨烫衣服，熨衣板，加床和婴儿床

4. Handles lost & found items according to the policy and procedure.

根据制度和程序做好遗留物品的处理

5. Records, reports and follows up the DND and discrepancy rooms

记录、报告并跟进设置“请勿打扰”和有房态差异的房间

6. Checks the Queue room in Opera every 5 minutes to assists floor manager ensuring the queue rooms be released as soon as possible.

每五分钟在系统中查看一次赶房报表，协助楼层经理确保赶房的房间尽快放房

7. Controls the Keyboard / Issues keys

控制钥匙分发

8. Follows up on maintenance requests, to ensure completion.

跟进维修问题并确保完成

9. Records and forwards to relevant department all guest requests for immediate action.

10. Performs other duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper and/or Asst. Housekeeper
