1. Monitors Housekeeping personnel to ensure all guests and internal customers receive prompt and courteous service.
监控并确保所有客房部员工为客人提供周到礼貌的服务。
2. Schedules routine inspections of all Housekeeping areas by/with supervisory personnel.
按照时间表,对所有客房部主管工作予以检查。
3. Inspects guest and public areas on a regular basis to ensure that the furnishings, facilities, and equipment are clean and in good repair.
定期检查公共区域,以确保家具、设施和设备清洁维修良好。
4. Manages spring cleaning schedules.
制定大清洁计划。
5. Makes recommendations to the General Housekeeper regarding the upkeep of furnishings, facilities, and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in good repair.
提出总的家具维保计划,确保设备设施的良好使用。
6. Informs other departments of Housekeeping matters that concern them, particularly the Laundry Department, the Engineering Department, the Front Office, and the Food and Beverage department. Maintains open channels of communication with the General Housekeeper.

7. Conducts and assist regular department meetings.

8. Identifies and ensures highest possible standard of cleanliness, maintenance, guest room supplies and amenities at a realistic cost.

9. Supervises outside contractors to ensure contractual compliance.

10. Controls Housekeeping procedures that provide for the health and safety of personnel and guests, such as lost and found service, key control, security and emergency procedures and environmental procedures.

11. Maintains appropriate standards for dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance, posture and conduct of Housekeeping personnel.

12. Taking appropriate action to resolve guest complaints.
采取适当的行动来解决客人的投诉。
13. Help the General Housekeeper in Preparing, managing and achieving the department’s budget duties.

14. Prepare and manage a cost effective budget with measurable targets for department within the financial parameters set down by the hotel budget.
