职位描述

1.   Responsible for revenue generation from received leads in the Event & Group field.

      全面负责团队及会议部门收到的询价所产生的收益。

2.   Develop an Event, Group & Wedding forecast in coordination with the Director of Revenue Management/ Revenue Manager.

      与收益总监/经理的合作完成会议、团队和婚宴的数据预测工作。

3.   Responsible for Development (or improvement) & active conversion of an effective Event & Group Sales Strategy.

      负责制定(或改进)有效的会议及团队销售策略,保持其积极的转化率。

4.   Recognize need periods and actively find possible solutions in coordination with the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Director of Sales and the Field Sales Team.

      与市场销售总监、销售总监及销售团队一起配合寻求市场需求阶段并寻求有效的应对策略。

5.   Reach (and possibly surpass) the monthly and yearly revenue goals.

      完成(并超出)月度和年度收益预算。

6.   Set and regularly review goals for the Groups & Events Sales team and its individual team members.

      设置并定期回顾会议团队销售总预算计个人预算。

7.   Leadership, training, development, encouragement and support of the Groups & Events Sales Team.

      有效支持并执行会议团队内的培训、发展等工作。

8.   Responsible for the training and incorporating of new team members (and trainees).

      负责培训团队新成员(包括实习生)。

9.   Performance Control for the subordinate team members.

      监督团队成员的绩效。

10.   Analysis and utilization of the Mystery Shopper program.

        使用神秘访客计划并分析结果。

11.   Supervise regular Competition Checks.

        监督管理日常竞争对手信息收集。

12.   Encourage cross-selling to other hotels within the Kempinski Group.

        促进对其他凯宾斯基酒店的交叉销售。

13.   Implementation of regular departmental meetings to ensure inter departmental communication.

      定期召开部门会议,确保部门内部的沟通顺畅。

14.   Secure a proper communication of all Event & Group details to the Event Managers and Groups & Events Coordinators.

        确保会议团队经理及会议团队协调在团队细节交接确认中能够正确地沟通。

15.   Monitor the Opera & Delphi System and ensure the system is set up properly to guarantee internal efficiency, customer satisfaction, hence maximizing revenue performances.

        严格监控Opera及Delphi系统确保系统内正确的信息建立,以保证内部的高效、外部客户的满意并最大化收益表现。

16.   Review F&B menus, meeting services, etc. and the according pricing structure for the Event area in conjunction with the F&B Manager & the Executive Chef.

        与餐饮部经理和行政总厨一起审核餐饮菜单、会议服务和价格策略等。

17.   Direct receipt, qualification and coordination of event & group requests (incl. leads, RFPs, etc.) defined by the Director of Sales & Marketing. Handle requests according to the relevant standards within a maximum of 8 (business) hours of its receipt.

18.   Apply sales techniques to ensure the business, realize and take up sales possibilities. Ensure the ideal and most effective utilization of the function rooms.

        运用销售技巧把握机会,确保销售任务完成。并促使多功能厅的使用更为理想和有效。

19.   Carry out site inspections with potential MICE clients in coordination with the Field Sales department.

        配合销售团队发掘潜在MICE客户。

20.   Realize upsell possibilities to meet and surpass Group & Event budget goals.

        实施增值销售以确保完成或查过团队及会议预算。

21.   Thoroughly input, supervise and maintain the requests in the Opera & Delphi System according to the data input standards.

        根据标准对Opera和Delphi中数据进行输入、监督及维护。

22.   Creation of activities to ensure ongoing maintenance of bookings.

        创建各类销售行动以确保有持续不断的预定。

23.   Generate proper proposals and contracts.

        创建恰当的报价书及合同。

24.   Follow up on sent out proposals within 24 hours (1 working day) to ensure the client has    received the information and to clarify possible questions and issues.

        24小时内(一个工作日)追踪已发出的报价书,以确保客户已收到并清楚细节。

25.   Handle the enquiries until conversion to definite bookings including negotiation, contracting, and site inspection before handing over to the Event Manager (or to the Group & Event Coordinator).

        处理客人的疑问包括谈判、签约和视察直到确认预定转交给团队宴会经理(或团队&宴会协调员)。

26.   Ensure a proper handover of the converted business to the Event Manager / Group & Event Coordinator with all relevant information forwarded.

27.   Introduction of the Groups & Events Manager / Groups & Events Coordinator to the client.

        将团队宴会经理或团队宴会协调员引见给客户。

28.   Carry out Exit Interviews with the customer after their event – asking for future business.

        宴会后回访客户,以求日后合作。

29.   Review monthly results and forecasts to recommend and execute activities required to ensure the hotel increases the market share and maximizes its revenue.

        审核每月的实际收益和预期目标,推荐并执行相关活动以确保酒店市场的增长,并最大化收益。

30.   Proper maintenance of LOS/CAN and TUD business.

        维持与LOS、CAN 和 TUD客户的关系。

31.   Performs any other duties as assigned to him/her by management.
