Have a clear knowledge of the departmental equipment, usage of every device and procedures of operation and maintenance work.熟悉本部门设备基本情况，了解每种设备的使用方法，安全操作规程和维护保养规程。组织、督导员工认真学习设备使用操作规程，经常检查员工的执行情。
Arrange and supervise the daily maintenance work组织、督导员工搞好设备的日常维护保养工作，保持设备完好。
Check the construction site every-day and make sure the following is maintained:每天检查设备和工程现场（包括当日所有维修单）,要求每天必须做好以下各项管理工作。
