岗位职责：
1. Supportsthe General Manager and Executive Committee members by completing administrativeresponsibilities. Duties include organizing, composing and distributingcorrespondence to both colleagues and guests, initial response and follow up toinquiries and collecting and tracking problem resolution information.

4. Composes,produces and signs correspondence on routine matters.

5. Screenand handle phone calls in a professional manner ensuring calls are transferredcorrectly and timely and all messages are taken down very carefully in details.

6. Actsas a receptionist for Executive Office and, when necessary, other departmentmembers, providing assistance to callers as required.

任职资格：
1. College degree, or 2-year degree from anaccredited university in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Hoteland Restaurant Management, or related major.

2. Selected disciplines of secretarialprofession.
秘书专业相关课程证书。
3. Minimum 1 year experience withInternational Hotel.
