岗位职责/职位描述

职位描述 Job Descriptions:

1.保持并遵守酒店/部门所有的政策和程序,确保活动的工作人员也被告知。 

Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all hotel/departmental policies and procedures, ensuring that Events staff is informed as well.

2.每天协调审查项目工作人员的业务状态,时间表,优先分配,预订和所有与部门运作相关的信息。

 Coordinate daily with Events staff to review status of business, schedules, priority assignments, bookings and all information pertinent to the department operation.

3. 与行政助理全天联系,确保所有文书工作得到及时处理。

Check with the Administrative Assistant throughout the day to ensure that all clerical work is processed on a timely basis.

4. 指导和监督员工的表现,确保遵守所有程序,纠正相关人员的缺陷。

Direct and monitor the performance of staff, ensuring that all procedures are followed.  Correct any deficiencies with respective personnel.

5. 组织和跟踪进程; 熟悉每个人的状态。

Organize and delegate traces for follow-up; be familiar with status of each.

6. 回顾前一天的宴会销售; 解决与会计之间的差异,跟踪实际收入。

Review Banquet sales for the previous day; resolve discrepancies with Accounting. Track actual revenues against.

7. 建立一个部门手册,分别列出所有与预订功能有关的政策。确保活动人员熟悉制度。

Establish a departmental manual identifying all policies relevant to booking functions with respective charges. Ensure that events staff is knowledgeable.

8. 确保活动员工熟悉宴会服务标准,以更好地销售设施。

Ensure that events staff is familiar with Banquet service standards to better sell the facilities.

9. 要求并审查活动工作人员封锁空间,确保适当的空间被封锁以适应集团的要求,并最大限度地提高劳动力成本。能解决任何差异问题

Review events staff's request to block space to ensure that appropriate space is blocked to accommodate the group's requirements and to maximize labor costs. Resolve any discrepancies.

10.监测部门通话报告,并协助工作人员确定后续行动。 

Monitor departmental call reports and assist staff in determining follow-up actions.


任职资格 Qualifications

1.3年制大专以上学历,擅长英语的交流及写作;

Minimum 3 years’ college education, good at English both speaking and writing;

2. 至少有4年国际酒店市场销售相关的工作经验,包括3年的管理工作经验。

Minimum 4 years international hotel experience in sales and marketing, events department, including 3 years in a managerial capacity.
