职位描述 Job description

1.维持健身房正常运作，保证设施设备正常运转。
Maintain wellness centre operate well, ensure equipment are sufficient.

2.完成每月收支报告和申领单，确保按照库存套数和预算补充日用品。
Collaborate with reports of monthly revenue, expense and store requisition to ensure supplies are replenished according to par stock and budgets are met.

3.熟知饭店安全、急救、消防及紧急事故处理程序，熟练、安全地操作机器。
Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.

4.采取行动纠正危险的状况并通知上级存在的安全隐患。
Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify manager of potential dangers.

5.根据酒店的要求，记录安全事故和工伤事故。
Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.

6.跟进维修单，确保酒店设施正常运转。
Follow up on maintenance order to ensure hotel service equipment operates well.

7.准备新员工入职培训，确保培训能顺利完成。
Prepare induction programs for new employees and ensure training finished successful.

8.为所有健身中心的客人提供帮助及咨询。掌握所有操作进程，确保毛巾等用品的补给，清点各种库存。做好各种器械的保养与维护，确保其有效运转。
Assist and help any members or guests that require any assistant in the Health Club. Handle all operating issues, towels and inventory etc. Monitor and maintain all the equipment makes sure working in order.

9.不断提高和更新相关技巧及专业知识，提供关于营养，体重标准和生活方式等信息确保每位客人都能得到体贴入微的照顾。对个体的能力，需求和身体条件做出评估，制定合适的培训计划以满足不同客户的需求。
Update and maintain skills and products knowledge at all times. Provide members with information and resources regarding nutrition, weight control and lifestyle issues ensure guests are taken care of when coming. Evaluate individual’s abilities, needs and physical conditions, and develop suitable training program meet any special requirements.

10.确保健身中心的常规的营运状况，包括设备的使用条件，泳池及健身中心地区的安全，以及相关事件的准确记录。
Day to day operations of the Health Club, including condition of the facilities, security of swimming pool and Health Club property, maintenance of an accurate schedule of events, ensuring of availability of regular supplies and operations of the Health Club.

11.在运动，娱乐活动中和使用其他设备锻炼的过程中，要强调和说明安全规则。监督使用者，告诉他们正确的使用方式。
Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations governing sports, recreational activities, and the use of exercise equipment. Observe participants and inform them of corrective measures necessary for skill improvement.

12.汇报最新的工作进展，确保健身中心经理对整个部门营运状况的了解。
Ensures that the Health Club Manager is kept aware and up to date of operational issues.

13.完成其它指定工作。
Complete other duties as assigned.

任职要求 Qualifications

1.救生员证书和心肺复苏术证书。
Certification in Life-saving and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.

2.至少2年健身房服务经验，包括一年主管经验。
Minimum 2 years experiences in health club and including 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
