Provide secretarial support to Director of Roomsand Rooms department in co-ordinating the office administrations includingsubmission of reports, filing, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence,meeting arrangements and minutes taking, compiling training plans, new hire andtermination administrations and any other secretarial services required by theDirector of Rooms. Assist Front Office on PSB related tasks and otheradministrations tasks.

E.g. Typing, liaisonworks for hotel projects, message handling, translation of correspondence,co-ordinating meeting requirements, etc.
