  1. Offers anykind of help and suggestions to all concerned in dealing with personnel relatedmatters.

    提供任何有关人力资源管理中员工相关事宜的帮助和建议。

 

  1. Assistant work permit / residence permit / visa for expatriate employee.

    协助办理外籍员工的工作许可证、居留许可证、签证等相关证件。

 

Update     the personnel file  for team members.     Prepares monthly Birthday calendar and cards.

及时更新员工人事档案,并负责月度员工生日日历的制作更新和生日贺卡的准备。

 

  1. Updates Misconduct record and prepares the Misconduct Report.

    更新员工违纪记录并准备违纪统计报告。

     

Checks     attendance record and leave request of previous month and current month to     make sure the accuracy of  leaves     status, prepares ATS     Abnormal Report.

核对酒店所有当月及上月考勤记录和各种假期记录,确保实际休假与考勤记录和假期管理文档内容一致并提交每月考勤异常报告。

 

Prepares     monthly Attendance Report for Human Resouces department.

做好人力资源部每月考勤记录和假期管理文件。

Updates     all leave records including annual leave/ sick leave / marriage leave /     maternity leave / no pay leave / work related injury leave etc. and     prepares monthly Leave Report.

更新所有员工的假期记录,其中包括但不限于年假、病假、婚假、产假、无薪假、工伤假等,完成每月假期记录报表。

 

Handle     the check out for team member.

办理员工离职手续。

 

Maintain and follow up the employment contract     and renewal.

负责维护和跟进员工劳动合同管理和续签。

 

Maintains and update the     employee notice boards, posters, and other forms of this kind     communications in time.

维护并及时更新张贴在员工公告栏及其他公共区域的内部文件和宣传海报。

 

Maintains team member locker.

做好员工更衣柜的维护和管理工作。

 

Assist     in the organization of the TM activity.

协助部门组织并开展员工活动。

 

  1. Processesall the Personnel Action Form comingin / out of the HR Office. Administrates employee’s confirmation, promotion /demotion, transfer, salary adjustment and resignation.  Ensures all the forms and database areproperly processed, filed and updated.

妥善处理所有进出人力资源部需签署或留存人事变动表格,并监管有关员工录用、晋升、降职、调动、薪资调整和离职等文件。确保所有人事信息相关文件和资料能得到准确传递,妥善存档和及时更新。

 

  1. Coordinateswith other departments as necessary.

    提供必要的部门间的工作协调和帮助。
