岗位职责
1、预测市场需求，为酒店争取市场关键时机。
2、协助各下属酒店公司收益最大化，提高市场份额，同时取得更好的收益。
3、与下属酒店公司预订部及销售团队紧密合作以推动针对性收入，在个人和团队预定中始终坚持高标准的客服理念。
4、始终能对环境竞争，优化每间可销售客房的平均收益。
5、相应敏锐的洞察力，在公司里利用收入管理策略的眼光来领导团队。
6、适当调节以保证酒店房间销售和收益最大化，按照标准执行并记录。
7、监督各酒店公司房间预订流量，节假日、特定时间段、OTA平台等价格展示情况，并确保操作系统与公司标准相一致。
8、具备制订和执行营业预算及经营计划的能力。
9、具备制订符合下属酒店公司总体营业目标及行动方案的能力。
10、负责跟踪和分析预订流程，团队流量，特别关注和加强团队预留房管理，更好的做好团队适度减量，最大程度提高收益。
11、根据下属各酒店公司收益情况做出分析，每周召开收益信息会，每月召开下属各酒店公司收益管理分析会。
岗位要求
1、3年以上星级综合酒店销售经理或连锁酒店收益经理岗位工作经验；
2、具有团队协作能力和管理能力；
3、有较强的创新意识和创新思维；
4、出色的沟通、计划管理和问题解决能力；
5、对市场不断变化较有很好的敏感性；
6、具有一定的英语听说读写能力。
