职位描述

1.       Sales Functions 销售职责

a.        Develops and implements annual sales activity plan with measurable targets and expense budget to achieve budgeted revenue.

制定年度销售计划,并在完成目标销售额计划内实施销售方案。

b.       Personally handles and actively supervises the management of key accounts in each of the Hotel’s revenue contributing market segments.

销售人员负责获取重点客户在每家竞争酒店的业务状况.

c.        Conducts regular account reviews (minimum quarterly) with each member of the sales team.

定期组织每位销售人员的客户审核与回顾(至少每季度一次)

d.       Drives cross selling (National Sales Initiatives – selective China Hotels only) to other Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

负责交叉销售,为其他国内希尔顿酒店介绍生意。

e.       Optimizes revenue contribution from HPGAs, PGAs, GCRP and AD accounts at property level.

根据客户级别不同,完善收益分配。

f.         Attends trade shows and sales missions as outlined in the Marketing Plan.

在市场计划提纲内参加销售任务与生意展会。

g.        Conducts regular sales meetings.

定期召开销售会议

h.       Actively supports and implements group wide sales initiative.

积极主动地支持并实施全球销售。

 

2.       Marketing Plan 市场计划

a.       Assists Director of Business Development to develop, implement and keep current the various segments of the marketing communication plan relating to Sales.

协助业务发展总监按照不同市场分类制定,实施和保持与销售有关的沟通计划。

b.       Keeps abreast of current and future competitor’s products, pricing and sales programs and deploys resources to efficiently optimize revpar and achieve / maintain the leading market position.

保持对现在、将来竞争对手产品,价格,销售计划和资源调配的敏锐性,以占领市场的绝对引导地位。

c.       Maintains an accurate forecast for all groups.

保持对所有团队的精确预测。

d.       Sits in and actively participates in regular revenue strategy meetings and implement actions relevant to sales.

积极参与各种收入战略会议并向销售人员贯彻相关方案

e.       Implements sales policies and procedures of Hotel and Hilton Hotels & Resorts.

贯彻实施希尔顿酒店集团的销售方针与策略。

f.        Recommends contracted room rate structure including but not limited to corporate rates, wholesale rates, long stay rates, group rates etc, ensuring maximum revenue generation.

推荐介绍房间价格体系包括协议价格、旅行社协议价、长住客人协议价、团队价格,以及其他价格体系,以保证销售收益最大化。

 

3.       Human Resources and Sales Organization人力资源与销售组织

a.       With guidance from Director of Business Development establishes position description, specifications and performance standards (PDR) for all sales personnel within Hilton Hotels & Resorts guidelines在业务发展总监的指导下,按照希尔顿酒店集团指导方针为每位销售人员制定个人职位描述,计划和工作表现的标准。

b.       With guidance from Director of Business Development, interviews, hires and motivates sales personnel and conduct semi annual evaluation of their performance.

在业务发展总监的指导下,面试、雇用和激励销售人员并每半年组织一次员工工作表现评估。

c.       Recommends sales personnel with potential to Director of Business Development for career advancement programs initiated by SLIM i.e. CET, CMT etc and transfer / promotion opportunity.

向业务发展总监推荐有潜质的销售人员,为其职业发展提供调动、升职机会。

 

4.       Administration 管理

a.       Establishes and ensures that the Hilton Account Management is strictly adhered to by all sales personnel achieving maximum productivity levels.

确保所有销售人员能够严格依照希尔顿客户管理体系以实现产量的最大化。

b.       Ensures compliance with SLIM Delphi standards and ensure integrity of database.

确保遵从希尔顿集团的Delphi标准和数据的完整。

c.       Implements approved sales incentive program to motivate and drive sales team to achieve / exceed the revenue aspiration of the Hotel.

贯彻销售提成计划,激励并带领销售团队完成/超越酒店收入目标。

d.       Establishes sales targets, adjust sales coverage and distribute accounts in accordance to each sales manager strength and potential.

根据不同销售经理的优势和潜力,制定销售任务,调整销售范围和分配客户。

e.       Develop expense budget to execute sales related activities.

建立目标任务,履行销售计划。

f.        Establishes travel schedules and monitor travel expenses to optimize sales productivity.

制定出差日程计划并监督差旅费用以提高生产力。

g.       Establishes objectives of sales trips, evaluates results and ensures follow up actions are taken properly.

制定销售人员出差任务、评估总结后的目标,并确保相关跟进行动的落实情况。

h.       Participates actively and shares accurate market intelligence of the market and competition with the Marketing team during its weekly group and revenue management meeting.

在每周的团队收入管理会议中,积极参与并分享关于市场的精确情况与竞争态势。

i.         Diagnose problems and thoroughly analyses information to guide decision making.

准确判断和分析问题,以做出正确的决定。

 

5.       Communications 沟通

a.       Builds positive working relationships with all departments of the Hotel; ensures understanding of Sales programs and the wants, needs and expectations of customers / guests.

与酒店其他部门建立积极的工作关系;确保能够正确理解销售计划和客人的要求,需要和期望。

b.       Maintains active communication with and builds team work amongst sales team and the other marketing departments i.e. Events management, communications, reservations, so as to achieve commitment to the overall sales objective of the hotel.

建立销售部与其他市场部门,例如宴会销售,公关传媒,预定部之间积极有效的沟通和团队合作精神,以确保能够实现全酒店的销售承诺。

c.       Interact with department and hotels staff in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two way communication.

以专业积极的态度在各部门及酒店员工之间进行有效沟通,以促进各部门及员工的和谐关系,发扬团队精神,确保有效沟通。

d.       Develops open communication with Director of Business Development and General Manager.

与总经理和业务发展总监建立公开化的交流。
