岗位职责
1 Work with staff in every endeavour to achieve and exceed food and beverage       revenue budget within costs and expenses limit.
   与员工一切努力，在合理的成本费支出范围内完成并超过餐饮的收入预算目标。
2 Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the outlet. To provide exceptional service and good quality of food / beverage to exceed guests expectations.
   监督并确保餐厅的良好运营。为客人提供卓越服务和优质的食品饮料, 超出客人的期望。
3 Conduct daily briefing with staff.
   召开每日简会。
4 Establish guest preference record and upkeep of guests’ names, birthdays, addresses and e-mail addresses for communication with guests.
   建立客人偏好档案，记录并更新客人的姓名，生日，地址和邮箱地址，与客人保持联系。
5 Maintain consistency in quality of food, beverage, service and cleanliness of the outlet.
   保持餐厅食品，饮料，服务和清洁度始终如一的高质量。
6 Be a good public relations person in order to create personal contact with guests without becoming over friendly.
   维持良好的公共关系，与客人建立个人联系，保持适度友好。
7 Constantly obtain customer feedback during operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
  不断获得客人对餐厅运营的反馈，以确保客户满意度。
8 Review guest feedback on operational issues and P&L statement in order to:
-Implement measures for improvement in food, beverage and service.
-Identify training required (e.g. up-selling skills)
 回顾客人关于运营问题和P＆L报表的反馈，以便：
-实施食品，饮料和服务的改进计划。
-确定所需的培训内容。（如：增值销售技巧）
9 Proper and tactful handling of any complaints from customers in the outlets.
   正确而委婉地处理客人在餐厅的任何投诉。
Ensure effective communication within the outlet and with other divisions.
   确保与餐饮部及与其他部门的有效沟通。
10 Keep good relationship with other supporting outlets and departments.
    与其他餐厅支持部门保持良好的合作关系。
11 Assist all staff on daily operations.
    协助所有员工的日常运营工作。
12  Ensures that staff applies the necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety, fire and life safety, hygiene standards and emergency procedures.
    确保员工对酒店食品安全，消防安全和生命安全，卫生标准和应急程序采用必要的预防措施。
13 Co-ordinate with the Chef on planning of promotions, menu planning and staff training.
    与总厨协调规划促销活动，菜单设计和员工培训。
14 Participate in effective staff management (staff hiring / termination / transfers / overtime) with approval from DOFB / AFBM
    在餐饮总监、餐饮副经理的批准下，有效的进行员工管理。（员工招聘/解聘/调转/加班）
15 Submit weekly staff roster and training plan / training report to DOFB / AFBM
    每周向餐饮总监、餐饮副经理提交员工考勤，培训计划/培训报告。
16 Observes staff individual performance, grooming, punctuality and performs staff appraisals, disciplinary actions if required.
     观察员工的个人表现，仪容仪表，准时出勤，并进行必要的员工考核和纪律处分。
17 Provides on-the-job training for staff.
     对员工进行在职培训。
18 Implement appropriate and effective measures to improve control of costs, expenses and increase labour productivity.
    采取恰当而有效的措施，增加对成本费用支出的控制，提高劳动生产率。
19 Submit various reports as required by the management.
     根据管理层要求，提交各种报告。
20 Clear understanding of the activities of direct competitors and seek for counter measures (via SWOT analysis and regular competitors survey)
     了解直接竞争对手的各项活动，并寻找应对措施。（通过SWOT分析和定期对竞争对手调查）
21 To be updated on new items and technology availability in the market in order to seek improvement of operations.
    了解市场上不断更新的新项目和新技术， 从而改善酒店运营。
22 Perform other duties as required.
    根据需要执行其他职责。

岗位要求
Education:       High School graduate (hotel school, university preferable
文化程度:          高中毕业（酒店类学校，大专）
Certification:    Leadership Training Certificate, Train the Trainer Certificate, Supervisory Training Certificate
文凭证书:          领导力培训、培训师的证书、管理能力的培训
Experience:      Minimum 5 years of experience in the same field with minimum 2 years as assist  outlet manager
工作经验:          至少5年同等酒店的工作经历及2年餐厅副经理工作经历
Other:               Dynamic, outgoing, pleasant personality, Fluent in speaking English and Mandarin
其它要求:           活泼，外向，性格开朗，流利的英语和普通话
