岗位职责
1. To ensure all the technicians assigned to the same shift duty carried out their duties accordingly and in accordance to the rules & regulations and policies and procedures.
   保证当班员工按照和执行各种规章制度和政策程序
 
2. To lead, supervise, assign and follow up the daily work activities, to ensure that all work requests are attended without unduly delay and completed in a professional and efficient manner.
   领导，管理，分配和落实日常工作，保证所有工作都能及时，专业和高效完成
 
3. To perform emergency duties as per outlined under hotel emergency procedures.
   在紧急情况下执行饭店紧急情况处理程序
 
4. To ensure that all work requests are properly logged on the work request logbook and it is updated appropriately at the end of each shift duty.
   保证将所有维修申请都详细记录在工作交接记录本上，在交班时必须及时更新工作完成情况
 
5. To response to guest request or complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid inconvenience or discomfort.
   及时处理客人维修要求和投诉，避免客人不便和不安
 
6. To maintain tools keys, maintenance equipment, parts and materials for general repairs in guestroom, public and service areas properly.
   要保证在对客房、公共区域进行一般性维修所需的工具和材料的充足
 
7. To conduct inspection tour and checking on all the operating systems and plants status according to the check list. To lookout for the abnormal working condition and take remedial actions accordingly. To report such abnormality to Asst Chief Engineer attention.
   进行当班巡查以及按照工作核查表检查系统和机电设备运行情况。及时发现不正常的运行情况并采取补救措施。将发现的问题汇报给副总工程师
 
8. To record the inspection and current operating status of all systems and plants.
   记录巡查情况和当时系统和机电设备的运行情况
 
9. To complete detailed shift hand over to the oncoming shift leader, both in written and oral manner. The hand over should include all uncompleted and still in progress work, all equipment that breakdown, status of work request, backlog, working tools, pagers, walkie talkie, keys, parts and materials, etc.
   交班时详细完成当班工作记录，进行口头和书面交班。交接工作内容包括未完成和正在进行的工作，发生故障的设备，维修工作完成情况，存货情况，工作用具，传呼，对讲机，钥匙，零件和材料等
 
10. To check on the readiness of technical support that is being requested for banquet and meeting events.
   检查宴会和会议所要求的技术支援准备情况
 
11. To check the lighting (indoor and outdoor) status during midnight. To switch off / on all those equipment according to the required time schedule.
    夜班检查饭店内外的照明系统。根据饭店时间表开/关照明系统及机电设备
 
12. To conduct briefing to all members of the shift and checking on attendance and personal grooming 10 minutes before commencing of the shift.
   交班10分钟前检查员工仪容仪表，开交班会以及核对出勤情况
 
13. To attend to and resolve all operating status alarms generated by the BAS system.
   对楼宇自控系统所反映故障到现场进行检查，核实及处理
 
14. To response with priority in case of elevator stalk.
    电梯发生故障时要立即进行人员解困程序
 
15. To maintain a very good working relationship with all associates and needs to be able to listen well with patience and advise the Asst chief engineer and Chief engineer of any problem area. Must promote a cordial and caring attitude and cooperation with all other department.
   必须和员工保持良好工作关系，必须能够耐心听取他人建议，向副总工程师和总工程师汇报出现的问题。以友善和关爱的态度对待他人，并和其它部门建立良好关系
 
16. To perform all other duties as may be assigned by Engineering Manager and Duty Engineer
   完成工程部经理及值班工程师安排的其它工作

岗位要求
Education:      Diploma in either Mechanical or Electrical engineering or equivalent.
文化程度:        机械或电力专业或相关专业毕业

Certification:   Professional certification in Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
文凭证书:        机电方面的专业证书

Experience:     Min 5 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably from international hotel chains
工作经验:         至少3年相关行业工作经验

Other：          Full understanding and knowledge of engineering operation in hotel
其他：            全面掌握酒店运作程序和知识
 
                       Practical experience in the field of M & E system pertaining to hotel operation
                      具有酒店机电设备运行的实际经验
