Job Responsibilities 岗位职责

1. Be fully familiar with the supply sources, quality requirements and prices of all purchased items.
对负责采购的每项物品的进货渠道、质量要求、价格等要非常清楚。

2. Carefully review purchase requisitions submitted by each department, and compare quotations from at least three suppliers with a responsible attitude.
对各部门送来的采购申请单，认真审核，并以认真负责的态度货比三家。

3. Prepare relevant procurement documents, including telephone inquiries and market price surveys.
准备相关采购文件，包括电话查询、市场价格调查等。

4. Issue purchase orders based on quotations from selected suppliers, and report any price variances.
根据所选供应商的报价，落实采购定单并汇报期间的差异。

5. Complete procurement of approved goods in a timely manner to ensure sufficient supply.
对经过批准同意购买的货物要及时采购回来，保证供应。

4. Maintain regular communication with user departments to timely check the usage status of materials.
