岗位职责: 
1、 Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known 
2、 Responsible for the management and maintenance of the front office property and equipment, and the collection, filing and management of all kinds of data.
3、 Assisting with serious complaints
4、 Responsible for the front desk arrangement to ensure the normal operation of the front desk.
5、 Establish a good relationship between guests and guests, and strive to increase sales of guestrooms.
1、 进行有效的交接班简报工作，以明确酒店活动和运营要求。
2、 负责前台财产、设备的使用管理和保养工作，及各类资料的收集、存档及管理工作。
3、 协助解决严重投诉问题。
4、 负责前台工作的安排，保证前台运行正常。
5、 建立体质良好的宾客关系，努力增加客房销售。
岗位要求:
1、  Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System
2、  Problem solving and organizational abilities
3、  2 years experience in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  
1、 熟练使用微软办公软件和前台系统。
2、 具有解决问题和组织能力。
3、 拥有2年前厅或宾客服务工作经验，包括管理经验，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
