岗位职责
1、按照酒店规程清扫客房，及时补充客房用品，控制物料消耗。2、发现房间设备损坏，地毯、墙纸污迹应做好记录，及时通知客房中心。3、严格执行安全制度，确保客房安全。
4、及时反馈宾客信息和意见。
5、在早班不在时协助楼层完成对客服务工作和相关后勤保障工作。
6、完成领导交办的其它工作任务。
岗位要求
1、初中以上学历，有2年以上客房工作经验或相关经验。2、身体健康，能吃苦耐劳。
3、接受过正规客房服务培训者优先。
