1、能够协同部门同事做好日常例行礼宾行政事务;
2、熟悉餐饮营业区域的属性、营业时间、菜单品种及价位等相关信息，负责餐饮各区域的预订。
3、准确记录执行客人预订细节，记录会员的预订时间、预订标准、喜好、忌口等信息，并确保所有预订信息的准确性，并及时将预订信息通知相关岗位人员。
4、简历完善所有预订日记，客户信息等，并在每月底负责各项数据梳理汇总，确保各项数据的准确性。
5、收集客人反馈意见，客人满意度调查问卷，维护并加强会员关系，提客人满意度.
