Regularly maintain the facilities and equipment in the guest room to ensure that the facilities in the room are in good condition and the materials are complete; Timely repair of any damage or failure found. Propose equipment update and layout update plan. Master the daily replacement of linen and room supplies consumption.
对客房设施设备进行定期保养，保证房内设施完好，物资齐全完备；发现损坏或故障及时保修。提出设备更新、布置更新计划。掌握号各班组日常更换的布草及客房用品的消耗情况。
Proactively contact guests and accompanying personnel to understand guests' characteristics and requirements.

Offer to help solve guests requests or problems that cannot be handled by the shift team.
对班组处理不了的客人要求或疑难问题，主动帮助解决或帮助联络。
Responsible for the daily administrative management of each shift. Conduct statistical evaluation on employees' work attitude, labor discipline and work quality.
