•Supervise operation of stewarding department. To maintain high level of maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas. Control store room orders and issue of all china, silver, glass and all related equipment for the department needs. Ensure all F&B department have sufficient equipment to perform adequately.

•Adhere to local regulations and hotel standards concerning health, safety or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards, policies and procedures.
遵循当地规章制度，酒店关于健康、安全以及其他要求的标准，同时遵守品牌标准以及政策程序

•Oversee the cleaning and storage of kitchen and stewarding equipment.
监督厨房以及管事设备的清洁与储存
•Ensure that tasks and duty assigned are completed to satisfactory standards and in timely manner.
确保分配的职责任务的及时完成并满足标准
•Assist the Director of F&B and the Executive Chef in setting Stewarding goals and developing strategies, procedures and policies.

•Maintain high levels of personal hygiene for self and enforces hygiene standards for the team.
保持高标准的个人卫生，同时对管事团队强制实施卫生标准
•Achieve the optimum departmental costs.

•Conduct training to stewarding team members as per department requirement
Supervise and conduct on job training on daily basis in order to increase department productivity and highest quality standards.
根据部门要求，为管事部员工提供培训，每日监督和指导员工的工作技能培训以提高部门生产力，满足高质量标准

•Monitor the implementation of quality management systems.
监督质量管理体系的实施
•Monitor breakages, produce related reports and take necessary actions to improve control and reduce amount of breakages

•Conducts stock inventory as per hotel policy and department needs.
根据酒店政策和部门需要对库存进行盘点
•Prepare, interpret and produce follow up action on stock reports

•In conjunction with the Security Manager, Executive Chef and Director of F&B, manage the development and implementation of safety/security policies and procedures for the department/ unit/ outlets

•In conjunction with appropriate personnel, manage the development and implementation of cleaning and maintenance programs for the department/ units/ outlets
