1.Keep informed of hotel product and service knowledge in order to answer guest questions.

随时了解酒店产品和服务知识，以回答客人的问题。

2.Provide the turn down service to guest rooms according to standards established by the hotel.

根据酒店制定的标准，为客人提供夜床服务。

3.Answer all guest questions / requests in a friendly and caring manner, take appropriate actions or if needed, refer the matters to the relevant persons to handle. It may be providing information, giving an extra item such as a towel, etc.

以友好和关怀的方式回答所有客人的问题/要求，采取适当的行动或在必要时将事宜提交给相关人员处理。尽可能地为客人提供帮助，完成客人的要求。如毛巾等。

4.Write down on their assignment sheets relevant information for record purposes and possible future inquiries. At the end of shift, report special attention guest, unusual situations, incidents that need follow up, to ensure consistency and guest satisfaction.
