Develop the hotel's various hardcover parts, including mud, paint, carpentry, wallpaper repair, sofa and glass maintenance work plan.
制订酒店中各项有关精装部分，包括泥水、油漆、木工、修补墙纸、沙发及玻璃等维修保养工作计划。
Arrange and assign daily maintenance work of hardcover parts to his subordinates.
安排及分配各项日常有关精装部分的各项维修工作给其下属。
Patrol and check the implementation of all hardcover maintenance works in the hotel, and report the work status to the on-duty engineer in written form.
巡视及检查所有酒店内的各项精装维修保养工程的执行情况，并将工作情况整理后，以书面形式呈报值班工程师。
Check and report the progress and quality of the hardcover works of the hotel maintenance contract company.
检查及报告承包酒店维修保养合约公司有关精装工程部分的进度及质量。
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for the hardcover portion of the engineering department, including engineering equipment, materials, parts and training requirements, etc.
协助制订工程部全年有关精装部分的开支预算，包括工程器材、材料、零件及培训所需等。
 Provide technical guidance and training to subordinates.
向下属提供技术指导和技术培训。
Assist in formulating the annual manpower arrangement of the engineering department. 
协助制订工程部全年人力安排。
Develop the emergency repair procedures for the hardcover works. Responsible for the advice of regular maintenance to the engineer on duty.
制订有关精装部分工程抢修程序。负责向值班工程师提出定期维修的意见。
Subject to temporary work organized by the engineering department, such as holiday decoration, fire drill and various rescue work.
服从工程部组织的临时性的工作，例如节假日的装饰、消防演习以及各种救援工作。
Regularly report to the superior on the good condition of the equipment of the department and the consumption of various spare parts.
 定期向上司报告本部门设备的完好情况，及各种备件的消耗情况。
Liaise closely with relevant departments to carry out regular and immediate maintenance and update of hardcover parts.
与有关部门紧密联系执行定期及即时精装部分各项维修更新工作。
 Assist in evaluating the performance of his subordinates.

Attend relevant engineering meetings held by engineering department.
出席工程部召开的有关工程例会。
Obey the duty engineer and duty supervisor's instructions beyond the above terms and conditions. 
须服从值班工程师及当值上司在上述职责范围各条款以外之任务指令。
