The Executive Assistant Manager i/c ofRooms & F&B is responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of alloperational aspects of Rooms Division and F&B Division related departments and to ensure thatthe various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand ingeneral and the hotel specifically.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Has full vision of the hotel. Participatein development and preparation of hotels strategic plan.
2. Prepare budget and monitorrevenues.
3. Profit and Loss responsibility.
4. Coordinate with RevenueManagement and Sales to maximize room & F&B occupancy, rates and profits.
5. Optimize revenue bysales-promoting activities and control the Revenue Management in order toachieve the best possible Revenue Penetration Market Share in the market.
6. Control the duty roster for subdepartments guaranteeing the quality as well as consider the highest personnelcost efficiency.
7. Oversee all labor cost controlswithin budget limits and occupancy variances to maximize productivity.
8. Conduct interviews withpossible future employees.
9. Responsible for control of alloperational tasks as well as the respective delegation and control.
10. Re-evaluate work flows toimprove and optimize organization.
11. Implement and evaluateprocedures and policies.
12. Ensure clear communications withall other department heads.
13. Create Career Development plansfor each employee which is part of the Talent Pool or High Potentials.
14. Regularly organize departmentalmeetings.
15. Communicate the strategy andtargets of the management to their departmental heads and the line staff andensuring implementation.
16. Ensure and communicateup-to-date procedures for all safety relevant measures with Fire & Safetyteam.
